Completed in 2021, this mixed-used commercial project was built on 8 acres on Blanding Boulevard in Middleburg, Florida, near the First Coast Expressway interchange. The development features Culver’s, Starbucks, Aspen Dental, Sherwin Willimas, Avecina Medical, and two mixed-use retail buildings totaling approximately 14,000 square feet.
