Currently in development, this mixed-use commercial project features Hampton Inn, Pet Paradise, and Life Storage, with a 22,000-square-foot professional office park under construction. Sitting on 21 acres at Branan Field Road and Old Jennings Road in Middleburg, Florida, the development will also include Marriott TownePlace Suites, a medical office building, and several mixed-use retail and restaurant sites. Estimated completion date is mid-2025.
