PROJECT TIMELINE: 2024 - 2027
Currently in development, this 40-acre mixed-use commercial project features a Hyatt House Hotel, mixed-use retail, quick service restaurants, full-service restaurants, self-storage and more. Hines has 800+ residential units under development on the interior of the site. Groundbreaking will occur in early 2024 with completion of all phases expected by early 2027.
